Request an email be sent out to all members (or just reviewers / co-pilots) notifying them that submissions with spelling mistakes should not be penalized

NOTE - winner should still fix any spelling mistakes in their submission. Just that the submission should not be scored down because of it"

Reviewers notified that winner should fix spelling mistakes but not be scored down.
