Put scorecards/guidelines into a Wiki-like environment so competitors can suggest constant improvements as the tech changes. Would need competitor “sign-off”. moderation and version control.

New scorecards were collaborated with all members who were interested in the Forums. This is an evolving process and will be handled similarly with other scorecards in the future.
