Reproduction Steps

  1. login to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/ using pshah_manager/topcoder123
  2. go to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/settings/notifications
  3. check the hyperlink "Manage email settings" on the bottom of the page

Expected Result

The hyperlink should be something like https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/settings/email instead, for testing purpose.

Actual Result

See screenshot, it links to live site url.
