Integrate calendar with reminders #55

Add calendar to reminders. Also connect My Health Profile > Prescribed Medications to the calendar so that users can set medication reminders

Can you clarify how exactly this should work. There is no design for the screens and it requires to cover the flows:

Let's take this one out of the challenge for now. I think if we choose to do this, we'll need some UI design as well.

@dustinWeaver ok. If "calendar with reminders" is not needed for now, then should we implement #51 ? If yes, then how to do that (see the question there).

@dustinTopcoder - I think we'll need to detail out the requirements a bit. There are few questions from earlier.

@seriyvolk83 - Can you work on this and ask any more questions that you have?

Please provide related (mock) screens for the feature. Looks like we have no "Prescribed Medications" in current version and no screens for medication schedule. We had them in the first prototype, but I need some clarifications for the user flows (when he uses the feature).

@taleforce I added back medication schedule screens in menu (see seriyvolk83-issue-55 branch). Please check if it's what expected. If yes, then it can be integrated and calendar reminder can be implemented. There screens are from very first challenge and are not fully functional.
