Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create configuration' Tab
Go to ' MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
Hover over 'R41-Other symptoms and signs involving cognitive functions and awareness'

Actual Result(s)
