Target URL

http://127.0.0.1:5000/configuration/create

Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create configuration' Tab
Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
In the 'Selected Diagnosis' enter more than 100 to the first two columns

Actual Result(s)

Can enter 100+ for the average fields

Expected Result(s)

Must restrict the values for 3 digits

is this ok to keep the text box in this style if it accepts number only

@anonymousjaggu - Please make it a number and add validations as described in the bug
