Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create configuration' Tab
Fill all the details and go to 'RELATED CONDITIONS' section
Click 'Export' button
Go to Load Configuration and Open the exported file
Click Preview
Click EDIT
Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
Check the table data

Actual Result(s)

'null' displayed if there are 0% values in the exported file

Expected Result(s)

Must display as 0% NOT null
