http://127.0.0.1:5000/configuration/create

Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create configuration' Tab
In ' POPULATION AND DATA SCOPE' section; Fill all the data and add spaces for 'Dataset Title'
Click 'NEXT' button

Actual Result(s)

Can enter spaces as 'Dataset Title'

Must validate the name
