http://127.0.0.1:5000/configuration/create

Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create Configuration' Tab
Go to ' MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
Add 'Diagnosis'
Click Edit Exclusion
Enter 100000000000000000000000000000000000 as age
Click Add Exclusions

Actual Result(s)

No max char limit for Age field

Expected Result(s)

Must set the max char limit for Age field (eg: 3 Digits)
