Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create Configuration' Tab
Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
Add all the available options to 'Add Diagnosis'
Add values to all of them
Click EXPORT
Click 'Load Configuration' Tab
Drag and drop a config file Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, his ad utroque docendi pericula. Mei novum voluptatum.zip
Click PREVIEW
Click EDIT
Check the configuration values

Actual Result(s)

Some of the values entered in 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION' are not exported

Expected Result(s)

Must export all the values entered in the form so that use can import it again
