Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create configuration' Tab
Enter Dataset Title: sdgun Complete Test 01-FHIR-JSON; No. of Patients: 199, Patient gender Ratio (m / f): 55.25:44.75, War Era: Gulf War
Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
Click on 'Add Diagnosis'
Check the 'C43-Malignant melanoma of skin'

Actual Result(s)

Duplicate entries in 'Add Diagnosis' list (C43-Malignant melanoma of skin)

Expected Result(s)

Must remove the duplicate item
