Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create Configuration'
Focus the cursor on the 'No. of Patients'
Observe

Actual Result(s)

'No. of Patients' is automatically displayed as '1' when user focus on the field

Expected Result(s)

Better if we can display an empty field when user focus on it; if user needs to type 9 then he/she needs to delete the number first and then need to enter 9
