Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Create Configuration'
Fill all the required data and select War Era as 'World War II'
Click NEXT
Enter '1,236,547,898,648' to the 'NO. OF ENCOUNTERS/EPISODES OF CAREPROFILES'
Click NEXT
Click NEXT
Click SAVE
