Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
2. Click EDIT from one of the items from Dashboard [Configurations]
3. Check the War Era is 'World War II' (You can use this attached file as a ref) >
4. Click NEXT
5. Select All the 'Diagnosis' in the 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION' > Add
6. Click DELETE icon in the 'R41-Other symptoms and signs involving cognitive functions and awareness'
7. Observe; the popup text
8. Click NEXT
9. Select All the 'Diagnosis' in the 'RELATED CONDITIONS' > Add
10. Click DELETE icon in any item
11. Observe; the popup text

Actual Result(s)

• DELETE infobox is displaying wrong 'DIAGNOSIS' name

Expected Result(s)

• Must display the correct 'DIAGNOSIS' name in the DELETE popup as in the ' MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
