List software that is using ProForma notation #14

Acknowledge "certified" software.

This would include tools, suites, libraries, ... that allow import/export of sequence files formatted according to the here stated rules.

We need a name for the standard that is recognizable as such (e.g. CTDP Profeoform Nomenclature Standard). That's a mouthful.
