update codecov stuff #101

I think Codecov has stopped doing code coverage analysis without granting some permissions. Should we grant permissions to them for the organization? https://app.codecov.io/gh/topdownproteomics/sdk/pulls

Thanks for looking into this and I'll have to defer to you! I'm generally in favor of keeping code coverage in the pipeline if you don't find these changes too concerning.
