fixed ethnicity pre-split into dummy variables #57

row 177: fixed the first argument of the map_chr function, from tmp_speaks_split to tmp_eth_split when working with ethnicity

Thanks. I have this change in an uncommitted change that has some other modifications. I'll merge those in and regenerate the RData files in a bit.
