Support for Sublime Text 2 #181

Even though Sublime Text 2 is only in alpha still, it has become my primary editor, and I would love to see PeepOpen support it.

PeepOpen 0.3.0 now supports a custom URL scheme and could be easily extended to work with such an editor. See the custom URL scheme docs for details.
