If your IP address is listed in one of your lists files somehow, peerblock will
block communication from and to your IP address.
I subscribed to an iblocklist list which blocked Netco Solutions, providers of
Hide My Ass VPN. The VPN software creates a tunnel that looks like a standard
network adapter, which gives you a public IP address. Since my IP was blocked,
PeerBlock started blocking all non-http traffic to and from my IP.
So: Peerblock should specifically not engage a block if the only match is an IP
address the machine is using.
