Deploy to Maven Central #1

Currently, the artifact isn't being deployed to Maven Central. This should be adressed.

https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-37224 has been created to register our group ID for deployment to Maven Central.

Whilst deploying the SNAPSHOT-release was a breeze, I'm experiencing problems staging our first non-SNAPSHOT release for which I've created https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-37361 as it seems it is a server-side permission issue.

The deployment issue has been resolved, I'm currently awaiting sync to the central repository to verify the artifact is actually available.
