Log not visible/ modules partially stoped working

Device: Redmi pad Android version: 12 Magisk version name: 25.2 Magisk version code: 25205

this version i use of magisk https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk/releases

Problem is that magisk working and granting root permission to required app but not allowing proper root access and also logs are not available (everything was fine but I reset my device and rooted it agin facing this issue)

For eg, i flashed miui Monet it works but when I flashed YouTube mod it doesn't... I installed root file explorer grant it root permission, now it can access root file and show everything but when I try to cut copy paste anything just asked for root permission agin and then crash

Same happing on all other mods i use, even lspossed is also working but not functionaly working...
