Save tabs in profile #42

As a user I want to decide which tabs I see (different to which plugins I use) and the order of tabs ...

Every Profile I have might have different settings.

Ultimately I could add a plugin Tab by hosting a plugin myself.

Also the sidebar or navigation could be customized
