Improvements to code hiding #153

While the jupyter team still didn't implement the "proper" hiding of the source code, there is now a somewhat better implementation of code hiding available. We can switch to that one.

Further, since we can now use static deployment instead of nbviewer, we don't need to keep the code hiding inside the notebooks (the motivation here is that people working with the notebooks probably want to work on the code anyway.
