Update the code on SageMath and make sure that the package versions are correct #206

ATM the code is not completely functioning, see https://github.com/topocm/topocm_content/issues/193.

Once kwant 1.3 is out we should make sure it's installed there and upload the latest version of the code.

We will also need holoviews 1.7 there.
