Notifications: client should be notified when processing ends #10

BUG: For now the rqworker processing queue doesn't send notifications when a task is done. The user has to refresh the page to see if the changes has applied

SOLUTION A message should be pushed to the client with socket.io/gevent in order to display the final state of the data.
