Natural and easy handling of different fonts (mainly bold) for section headers, etc. #3

Problem. Section headers like e.g.

  1. The Paracyclic Category Λ_∞
  2. Conjugacy classes in GLₙ(ℝ)
  3. Straightening for Fibrations of ∞-Categories

often look weird since math isn't automatically made bold, but sometimes there might be objects like $\mathrm{B}$ and $\mathbf{B}$ which would be confused with each other if everything is rendered in bold.

Design Plan. Implement an automatic and natural bold for sections that "just works" in practice, and a way to turn it off when required. Optical sizes for math should also "just work" in practice in cases like this too.
