Regional Cyrillic forms #52

There are several different regional variations of Cyrillic with alternative letterforms. Several font families on GitHub have requests for these:

MyFonts has an article on Cyrillic vacations: https://www.myfonts.com/a/font/content/cyrillic-script-variations-and-the-importance-of-localisation

Type.Today review the Cyrillic letterforms of popular fonts. I want to emphasise that designing Cryllic looks to be a delicate process: https://type.today/en/journal/transitional

Edit by @topological-modular-forms: Here's a picture and caption showcasing some of the regional differences of the Cyrillic letterforms, quoting (with a small degree of liberty) Wikipedia:

Alternate variants of lowercase Cyrillic letters: Б/б, Д/д, Г/г, И/и, П/п, Т/т, Ш/ш. 🟦 Default Russian (Eastern) forms on the left. 🟧 Alternate Bulgarian (Western) upright forms in the middle. 🟨 Alternate Serbian/Macedonian (Southern) italic forms on the right.

Adding regional variations for Cyrillic is definitely a current goal for the project :)

Thank you very much for the pointers on Cyrillic design, they look super nice!
