Given that Darwin is a STEM typeface it should probably support the idiosyncratic symbols used by the APL programming language.

I’m rather skeptical about the inclusion being worth it. Code, even when quoted in normal text, is traditionally typeset in a coding specific font, like in the following excerpt from Mastering Dyalog APL. image While you could include it regardless for the satisfaction of having complete coverage for the Miscelanious Technical block, the glyphs would, to my knowledge, have no use in good typography.
