Apply Crites-Komlo-Maller improvement #42

This PR implements the improvement during the signing phase from Crites, Komlo and Maller in https://eprint.iacr.org/2021/1375. This yields a reduction of the partial signing phase of around 85% for a set of signers in the hundreds (the reduction increases with the threshold).
