/customkit shows in menus even when the user does not have permission

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am frustrated that when I remove the permission node to use /customkit, the users without permission will still have access to to use custom kit to duel other players and see the kit in the menus. While these players aren't able to customize the kit, they can still use it to all of its ability. This is inconvenient if you are trying to make this a donator perk.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the custom kit from the menu if the user does not have the permission node.

Describe alternatives you've considered Add a separate permission node which controls the visibility of custom kit in a menu.
