Unable to assign one hotkey to two different actions even when they are used for different apps. #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set a script to a hotkey
2. set another script to that same hotkey

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to do it, but I am unable to.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using autokey version 0.80.3 and autokey-qt version 0.71.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a different set of hotkeys for different apps. I use the window filter
to apply the appropriate set of hotkeys to the appropriate app. In one app I
may want f12 to do one thing, but in another I might want f12 to do something
else, so I should be able to create two scripts for the same hotkey

Thanks.
