Memory Leak when idle #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch AutoKey
2. Leave your machine idle for a day or two
3. AutoKey will slowly consume all available RAM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
AutoKey shouldn't consume RAM when idle. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AutoKey (GTK UI) 0.71.2
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Please provide any additional information below.
This only appears to happen when I leave the program idle for an extended 
period of time (over a weekend or holiday). Throughout the week when I'm 
actively triggering the application, I do not see this behavior.

This issue is definitely there. What triggers it is still a mystery though. 
However, it might have to do with some GTK library rather than autokey itself.
