Ann did not receive an SMS reminding her about today's counseling session even though the SMS was scheduled in the task system. I did not receive a text either, but I was not listed as one of the users.

That is unfortunate, but our logs show that the SMS was sent as expected (see below). Perhaps the phone number is incorrect?
