notification system malfunction

1. Teachers are listed as scholar in task system and it affects notification system - kids don't get email or sms.
2. All teacher's phone number was gone.
3. All teacher's calendar syncing was put in a pause.
4. already manually adjusted teacher accounts back to counselors and forced to input teachers' phone number
5. clicked sync with TS calendar
