Hey,
Ok, some updates.
API support was already enabled just FYI - and was trying to find additional info for Calendar resources, but couldn’t find.
Here’s the PIN to call in - 99823875. Numbers:
Local:1-877-355-5787 Global:+1-646-257-4500
Also, updated your user name to the superadmin. So maybe that will help in accessing certain areas. Should have the same privileges as me.
Let me know if this isn’t working for some reason.

Hey Josh,
I am suspecting that one of the reasons I can't get the Calendar Resources API to work is because I cannot grant the access necessary. When you are able to, could you try to enable API access through the Admin Console as explained below?

I am not able to achieve the above through my admin account. Additionally, if possible, it would be great if you could configure a support PIN according to

Since support is provided with the Google Apps account, I would like to take advantage of it to clarify ambiguities in their API documentation. I am also not able to achieve the above through my admin account.
Granted that we discussed using normal sub-calendars to manage Resources, it would be advantageous in the long run to get the actual Resources API working.
Thanks and let me know if you have questions.

Thanks, Josh! Your actions fixed the issue in accessing the Calendar Resource API. If the API access was already enabled, then it looks like only SuperAdmin accounts can use this particular API. Wish that was in their API documentation. It was such a huge time sink. Also, this means that in the system under development only SuperAdmins logged in can create Resources.
Ok cool. Glad it's fixed. Yeah sorry about that. Although probably ok to have the admin create the resources as the rooms will likely be somewhat fixed.
