Update user types #36

How should we account for the difference between:

-counselors at schools -admission officers -external random users

Not sure if all need separate users. Point to review with users.

By "account", do you mean having the site selectively display information and features based on the user type logged in? Or, do you mean that the field be used for data categorization purposes, i.e. book-keeping?
