User Profile Saving Error

Expected Action: user filed in all info, should be able to save profile

What Happened: system gave error to fill in first name, last name, and phone number - even though all was filled in. User could not save.

I am unable to reproduce this error. Can you go through the steps that led to this error, e.g. signed in via Josh's account and then clicked "+User"?

Signed in via Google Apps at William@topscholars.org. Was brought immediately to this page - and then couldn't get out it.

I tried creating users various ways, including Google SIgnIn, but I still can't reproduce the error. Can you assign me a topscholars.org email to test? That's one thing I have not tested. We can also have a phone call to go over it while I monitor the logs. Let me know what you prefer.

I still can't reproduce this error, though I did fix an infinite loop bug having to do with the form requirements. I think the discrepancy has to do with the browsers we are using. Can you try testing it again?

Sure. He was using Firefox - latest version - if that helps. Will have him try saving his info again today.

Ok. Seems he had another user with the same name in the system linked to his personal Gmail. Perhaps this was causing the issue.

I've delete that user and asked him to re-sign up. Will let you know what happens.

The system is supposed to tell him that the name already exists. I will look into why that didn't happen.
