Child stores displaying twice in Nav Menu! #102

The nav menu is malfunctioning when there are stores that are the children of other others. They appear twice in the menu, and the dropdown styling is not working correctly.

It is also impossible to uncheck the stores falsely appearing as top-level stores, as soon as you hit save they are automatically re-checked.

This can be closed. I broke this fixing Issue #100
