Shortcodes not working #60

Hey guys, i've upgrade to v. 4 from 2. All is now working except for shortcodes. For instance, I want to manually place a TopSpin product in a post. I was using this format: [topspin_store_item id=178062 image=yes] but nothing shows. Am I doing something incorrect?

Hi @stereotonic , you have to use the WordPress post ID for the id attribute in the Shortcode.

Yes, I have done that now, but still no luck. [topspin_store_item id=832]

Is that the correct syntax/format? It is not coming up... http://theseainbetween.com/ (right hand column under pre-order)

We just tried this as well, in hopes of separating the stores by artists who are listed under the same label on Topspin and can't be listed differently; and it does not work, indeed.
