Your API credentials are invalid #68

Hi, The Topspin-Plugin in my Wordpress site just does not work. Allthough my API-user and API-key informations are correct I first get the information: "Your offers are currently being updated via the API." After refreshing the site I get: "Your API credentials are invalid." So I can't go on doing anything. I have a valid Topspin account and I'm using Wordpress 3.5. Can you please help me?

Hi @etymtone ,

Can you email us your Tospin API credentials to dev@theuprisingcreative.com?

In addition, it looks like another third-party plugin is affecting your install and reseting those options. Can you try disabling some plugins to see if that alleviate the issues?

I deactivated nearly all of my plugins, but it did not help. Still the same error.

Hi @etymtone,

Can you verify if you have allow_url_fopen enabled in your php.ini so it can make requests to the Topspin API?

We would need look through your setup. Can you send your FTP credentials to dev@theuprisingcreative.com so we can take a look at the problem?
