API Issues #7

Trying to install the wordpress plug-in but my API is not being recognized. It returns this error: 401 Unauthorized request. Please check your API username and key.

You'll need to ensure that you are using the correct username and key associated with your account. Previously there have been sporadic issues using a child Topspin account - if you are using a Child account, please try to use the API username / key from the Parent account. If not using a Child account, and you've checked tht your API username / key are correct, please contact Topspin Support to make sure there are no issues with your account's API.

The plugin has been heavily tested in this regard and most API-related issues at this point have been the result of a few minor and sporadic bugs within the Topspin system.
