Inventory issue. #75

We were in touch a few weeks ago about some issues we were having with the Topspin Plug in with inventory. The issue was that products were appearing as being sold out although there was plenty of product to sell in the account. The artist who was having this issue was ALO and the problem was fixed with their Membership package offer but we are still experiencing problems with two ticketing packages that are coming up as being sold out (despite re-syncing the inventory and he offer). The two ticketing packages are for the 2/23 and 2/22 ticket packages that can be found here: http://alomusic.com/soundslikethis/topspin-store/hot-tub-club. These packages both have 95 tickets left to sell and are the only ticketing packages that are having problems.

Hi @SidewaysNic,

Those 2 ticket packages seems to be available for me on the URL you've provided. Can you verify if the problem still exists?
