Topspin-wordpress : Images / Product Info won't enlarge #76

Hello. On the Northwest String Summit merch page, the Images / Product Info won't enlarge when clicking on an item. You can see this at stringsummit.com/merch. I have tried resetting the cache of the wordpress plugin. Any thoughts as to what is causing this? Please let me know asap. Thanks. -Brian

I'm a user of this fine plugin, not a developer. But you may want to disable any plugin that activates jQuery on your site. My guess is that something like your Flickr plugin might be conflicting with the Colorbox used by the Topspin plugin. I had a client have a similar problem with a Flickr lightbox plugin with an earlier version of the Topspin plugin and disabling the Flickr plugin solved it. So start with Flickr, and if that doesn't resolve it, try disabling some other non-essential plugins until you find the conflict.

We can't replicate your problem on the given site as the lightbox is properly loading. Are you still experiencing this problem?

Yes...the initial reply from an outside user in regards to the J-Query interference with Lightbox. Everything is working properly now. Thanks!
