getting internal server 500 error #79

hi there,

i was making updates to our site today, and updated the topspin plugin via our wordpress site (http://signalhillmusic.com). upon updating, im now getting 500 server errors each time i activate the new version. i went on to the ftp (since my wordpress site wouldnt function at all) and deleted the plugin, and tried to install 4.0.8, and 4.0.7 instead. each time I activate either of these versions, the same thing occurs...so i have to delete it. it was working fine earlier today, until the update occured. i dont recall which version i was on prior, but if you could help it would be greatly appreciated! we are launching a pre-order in the next week, and none of our topspin stuff is showing :(

so i reinstalled version 3.3.3.3 and it works again. something jumping into 4.0 perhaps?

some people are having issues with upgrading the plugin. are you able to create a clean wordpress installation w/ the newest plugin version on a develepment server and import you old data back in?
