11 years ago People are having success reverting to plugin version 3.3.3.3. Every previous version of the plugin is available here on github: https://github.com/topspin/topspin-wordpress/tree/3.3.3.3
Please do this as soon as possible to get your store back running and selling.
There are many users upgrading successfully to 4 without any issues, but I'm working on reproducing the problems users like you are having. Any specific information you can provide (wordpress version, url to your store, error messages, logs) would be helpful.
As with any significant software change, I recommend testing on a development server before updating in your live production environment.
I haven't sold a single item for over a month because this plugin should never have gone live.
It is broken. It's missing a simple and obvious feature, the ability to assign a page template, and my question has gone unanswered here and with topspin for the last month.
Subsequently I have had to remove the store from my site and just put a link to my spinshop. It isn't working.
I haven't the time or the money to change my entire theme to work around a incomplete plugin, or to pick up a fork myself.
Please tell me someone has a copy of the old plugin so I can go back to SELLING MUSIC.
