Image Sync Failing on v4.1 #98

Hi, I'm getting the following error in my debug.log file when I try to sync images in v4.1 of the plugin:

[02-Nov-2013 13:09:44 UTC] Topspin Error: Failed caching offer image.

The error seems to be occurring for all images as the debug.log file contains hundreds of these errors. There's no other information that seems useful for debugging, though. Any ideas what might be going on here?

I think I managed to fix this by setting all the directories under the wp-content/upload directory to permissions 777.
