I can't accept this PR as is:

Removing the stroke width check will regress other previous fixes
Using a MinThickness is not a suitable way to address this.
Updating to NET6 will break other projects still dependent on NET 5
Who are "raplan wireless" and why is the author information changed to include it?

@toptensoftware Sorry for this misoperation, we are just testing and verifying the change and do not want to merge it back to the main branch.
