Implement optional Nudity detection with ability to automatically block it #110

This ticket is to implement optional nudity detection algorithm, in order to automatically block all the website and/or images that contain nudity (being normal porn or CP).

There are very few nudity detection piece of software: https://github.com/ParthGandhi/nude.py

i don't think we have to implement such a feature.

1) it adds really a lot of overhead. 2) are we going to block ligal porno? :P hahaha if yes we simply need a plugin for snort to detect pink pixels

That would be a simple and effective way for a Tor2web operator to apply a content-policy, related to what represent a very specific high-risk-content causing takedowns. Without having to apply any blocklist.

That would be a very cool feature. Rather than blocking, we could just transform image into black and white ascii-art?

probably trying to transform audio in video and viceversa is a better research topic.

I think this is a bad idea. We should not block content automatically - never !
