Debianization of tor2web #160

The following patchset allows a fine (or at least better) building process for tor2web, and fixes a travis bug raised with the old re-cloning mechanism (wtf).

Please not this travis build - as it is now - does not test at all the tor2web script. I propose the creation of (at least) some basic unittests. Even just importing t2w.py would be a good start.
