This ticket is to experiment new Tor settings for performance improvement on Onion Services, either client-side (attaching directly to Rendez Vous Service with a custom configuration), either server-side (configuring the single-hop Onion Service for Onions that does not need location anonymity).
The outcome should be to have a new default Tor configuration file for Tor2web deployments optimizing the client-side, while suggesting to uses single-hop Onion Service directive for sites that does not need location anonymity.
A call on Tor's irc channel and mailing list should be done looking up for volounteers digging into it.
